MENTORSHIP TIMELINE
CALL FOR MENTEES
Late January
After Western sends out Interview Invites for the current interview cycle
MENTEE-MENTOR PAIRING
Early February
Mentees and Mentors will be put in contact via email.
Mentees can then schedule 1-on-1 interview prep sessions with their mentors.
MOCK PANEL INTERVIEWS
February 19/20 & March 9/10
Dates may be subject to change.
SESSION GUIDELINES
SESSION DURATION
1-2 hours of practice during each session divided into:
40 minute question period
20 minute feedback period
RESOURCES
Access panel-style and MMI-style practice questions and other helpful links through the Resources tab.
DEVELOP AN APPROACH
Discuss and plan different approaches to common questions with mentor to allowed for more structures answers (Ex. STARR approach).
